Every young generation deserves opportunities to step beyond the classroom, engage with the real world, and broaden their horizons. Beyond textbooks and lectures, hands-on experiences inspire curiosity, nurture aspirations, and help shape future career paths.
Guided by this belief, the GODACO Scholarship Fund goes beyond providing financial support. It offers students meaningful opportunities to experience a real manufacturing environment, bridging the gap between education and industry while providing valuable insights into Vietnam's seafood sector and the people behind every product.

Rather than simply learning through lessons, GODACO believes that the greatest inspiration comes from seeing, asking questions, and experiencing the journey firsthand.
Behind every GODACO pangasius product is a story of dedication, responsibility, and an unwavering commitment to quality. Beginning at our ASC-certified farming areas and continuing through every stage of processing, this journey ends on dining tables around the world. Students from Ben Tre High School for the Gifted had the opportunity to experience this journey firsthand through a field trip organized under the GODACO Scholarship Fund.

The visit began at GODACO's ASC-certified farming area, where students explored sustainable aquaculture practices, including fingerling selection, feed management, water quality control, environmental stewardship, and social responsibility. One of the highlights was feeding the fish, giving students a firsthand appreciation of the care and dedication required at the very beginning of the production process.
The group then entered the production facilities wearing protective gear to observe the transformation of pangasius from fresh fillets into export-ready products. From filleting and breading to freezing, each stage demonstrated the precision of modern processing technology, the expertise of GODACO's workforce, and the rigorous quality control standards that ensure product safety and consistency.

The journey continued to the finished products cold storage, where export-ready products are carefully preserved before shipment to international markets. At the An Hiep Value-Added Processing Plant, students also had the opportunity to taste a variety of value-added seafood products, completing their understanding of GODACO's Vertically Integrated System.

Beyond the facility tour, students participated in an interactive discussion with GODACO's management team and department representatives, asking questions about production processes, export standards, the company's development strategy, and future career opportunities. The open dialogue offered valuable insights into the role of responsible businesses in delivering high-quality food while promoting sustainable development.

For GODACO, the Scholarship Fund represents more than educational support - it is a bridge connecting young people with real-world experiences. Every visit, every hands-on activity, and every conversation helps inspire curiosity, resilience, and a lifelong passion for learning. By investing in today's youth, GODACO is helping cultivate future talent and contribute to a more sustainable future for the seafood industry and the communities it serves.
